Exceptions to Usual UltraTime Procedures
Paper Time Sheets
Occasionally an employee registered in UltraTime Enterprise will be unable to record time via time clock or on-line entry. For such a time, the UltraTime supervisor must provide the employee a blank time sheet for reporting times worked.
Please note: The blank time sheets should only be used for the current pay period. Hours or payments related to prior pay periods may only be presented for processing on the Hours/Pay Adjustment Form.

Any requirements for adjustments to hours worked in prior periods and/or pay received must be requested on an Hours/Pay Adjustment Form.
